About the Artist:
Kami Loucks, the owner of The Elegant Elle, loves to create. She is wife to an amazing man and mother to a wonderful gift of life, a little boy.
Kami began creating these beautiful hair pieces out of a love for the wonderful hair accessories seen on many celebrities. As a result of the extremely high prices, Kami began creating her own.
Kami wanted other women to be able to feel as elegant and romantic as she does, so thus the shop The Elegant Elle came into being.

There is something in every woman that is drawn to beautiful romantic flowers. These wonderful flowers would add a touch of romantic elegance to any outfit. I picked a few of my favorites to show on this blog, though every single one in her shop was a favorite.
