There is so much goodness in this shop, I don't know if I can even get through this interview without raiding the pantry for some chocolate (for those of you who didn't know, I'm a chocolate freak).

Friday Interview with Epic Edibles
Hey everyone! This week I get to interview a pretty cool person, Jamie! Jamie and her fiancé Adam are the owners of Epic Edibles, an awesome Etsy shop where you can get incredible tasting treats and goodies.
There is so much goodness in this shop, I don't know if I can even get through this interview without raiding the pantry for some chocolate (for those of you who didn't know, I'm a chocolate freak).

Life without gluten can be hard. Gluten is in everything! Breads, serials, drinks, ice creams, etc. Wheat is used as a cheap thickener, so often it is present in the most unexpected places, like taco seasoning.
Too often I can't have food because it was made in a factory where gluten products where made, and thus, the food became contaminated. I have to read every label, check for gluten allergy warnings, make sure it is safe.
On many days I have nothing to eat but a big plate of salad with homemade salad dressing...which I dearly love, but a person needs variety!
I cook with rice flour, sorghum flour, garbanzo fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, corn starch, and xanthum gum.
The allergic part of my life is what inspired me to look on Etsy and see what was there in the way of gluten free....holy cow, there are people on Etsy that sell gluten free foods and recipes!
I have put together a collection of some really yum stuff. This collection includes both already made food, as well as recipes.
Please enjoy!
Featuring Fair Child Art
I recently came a across a really lovely shop, Fair Child Art. At this shop you will find amazing little dollhouse miniatures, as well as really unique jewelry. I was amazed at how well photographed everything was, and the intricate detail of such small items!
Her handmade dollhouse miniatures are sculpted to 1 inch or less from polymer clay.
Take for instance, these tiny little pancakes for your dollhouse. I get hungry just looking at them. They look real!

Mmmm, how about this cherry crumble pie? Hmm, we just canned some cherries at our house, this gives me a few ideas about life sized pies....

Oh yummy! Chocolate covered strawberries! (or straw babies, as my almost 3 year old nephew would say :-D)

Now this is really fun! Food earrings! These are peach earrings, with sterling silver ear wires. Hey, I canned a whole bunch of peaches just yesterday too!

And if you like chocolate chip cookies, then these earrings are just the thing!

Each piece of jewelry and dollhouse miniature are made from polymer clay, and I am quite impressed with the intricate detail of such small pieces....oh wait, I already said that didn't I? Oh well, I said it again!
I'll have to stop posting pictures too, because I could just keep going, they are all so pretty!
Check out her shop, there's lots more...there's chocolate cakes, chips and dip, pizza, cookies, rolls, cheeses, and much more!
